Epoxy flakes are available not only in a wide range of colours and styles but also in different sizes, from fine micro-particles through to large pieces comparable to a 50-cent coin. In Australia, the 6mm flake is the most commonly used size. Flakes are typically supplied pre-mixed in 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg quantities and are broadcast directly onto the coated surface. The XL flake, however, requires a different application technique due to its larger size—a method that skilled installers are well equipped to handle.

Full Coverage:

Applying flakes across the entire surface (100% coverage) is both cost-effective and highly durable, adding an extra protective layer between daily foot traffic, vehicles, and equipment and the resin coating beneath. The final look is defined by the chosen flake size and colour, as shown in our Garage and Refined blends.
